Whistleblower Testimony on ABC fixing Debate

Disney Whistleblower Testimony ARRIVES folks and this is going to blow the roof off the courts if proven to be fact... This could bring down Disney, ABC, and everyone else involved if this Secret Audio is proven to be real. The ABC Big CONFESSION is now begging the question! IS Congress Up Next?

I don't know what's going on in the once loving mouse house but these days they really are showing connections to such twisted ideology I can't ever see myself trusting in them enough to want to go to a theme park or spend any of my money on anything Disney and this pains me as I'm a big Star Wars and Marvel fan but right there they have allowed those companies to implode slowly from within from bad ideas or management. From the looks of it Marvel is trying hard to correct itself with Paul Feige on still driving that ship but Lucasfilms has become a wasteland thanks to one Kathleene Keneddy.

Disney has bought a lot of companies in the last decade to include in the overall content as the streaming wars are on going... They own the ABC stations and news outlets and own FOX Studios also. Not the Fox News that was not sold off to Disney. But 20th Century / 21st Century FOX was sold to them. This was the main fox film and tv division.

Disney is massive and you would think being such a big company they wouldn't want to upset a large part of the nation which would cost them potentially Billions! But they seem to not listen to the fans and people as they continue to put foot in mouth. So this debate this is nothing shocking as they have allowed leftist, woke, and crazy radical people take over their companies for a long time and again this is what might be the ultimate undoing of the mouse house.

Now I do wonder if this was always the Disney design since way back when Walt Disney himself had NAZI Scientist Wernher Von Braun with him on many videos promoting the space program. Wernher Magnus Maximilian Freiherr von Braun was a German-American aerospace engineer and space architect. He was a member of the Nazi Party and Allgemeine SS, the leading figure in the development of rocket technology in Nazi Germany, and later a pioneer of rocket and space technology in the United States.

As a young man, von Braun worked in Nazi Germany's rocket development program. He helped design and co-developed the V-2 rocket at Peenemünde during World War II. The V-2 became the first artificial object to travel into space on 20 June 1944. Following the war, he was secretly moved to the United States, along with about 1,600 other German scientists, engineers, and technicians, as part of Operation Paperclip. He worked for the United States Army on an intermediate-range ballistic missile program, and he developed the rockets that launched the United States' first space satellite Explorer 1 in 1958. He worked with Walt Disney on a series of films, which popularized the idea of human space travel in the U.S. and beyond from 1955 to 1957.

In 1960, his group was assimilated into NASA, where he served as director of the newly formed Marshall Space Flight Center and as the chief architect of the Saturn V super heavy-lift launch vehicle that propelled the Apollo spacecraft to the Moon. In 1967, von Braun was inducted into the National Academy of Engineering, and in 1975, he received the National Medal of Science.

Von Braun is a highly controversial figure widely seen as escaping justice for his Nazi war crimes due to the Americans' desire to beat the Soviets in the Cold War. He is also sometimes described by others as the "father of space travel", the "father of rocket science", or the "father of the American lunar program". He advocated a human mission to Mars.

So we will see how this whole thing with the Whistleblower works out and if this turns out to be true Disney/ABC News and a whole lot of people are going to have to answer a whole lot of questions.

Newsom vetoed illegals housing bill

Hey even a broken clock has the time right at least twice in a 24 hour period so for years now I've waited to say that finally low life California failed Governor Gavin Newsom did something which I can say is right... Looks like he has vetoed a Democrat-led bill Friday 9/6/24 that would have allowed illegal immigrants in California to apply for the state’s first-time home buyers assistance program. Folks let this sink in! See a bit of a backstory on myself here... IN 2018 I lost my home while being a US Citizen this meant nothing to them and did nothing to help me.. Actually the Banks made my life a living nightmare and all due to mortgage issues which were hidden from me from the BANKS!

My house I had paid for in 2000 but my credit was bad for the house Mortgage was under my mothers Credit which was awesome! She passed in 2016 and while I was on the DEED I wasn't on the Mortgage and it took em 6 months to add me after she passed and by then I was told the mortgage had gone up 4 months before my mom died but nobody knew so we kept paying the old lower bill. So by the time I got added and was able to take over the house mortgage I was disclosed all the info and they told me we owed them THOUSANDS which I didn't have! So while nobody would help not even family, I was forced to sell my home to avoid losing it. And to think these Libtards wanted to give illegals a path to buy a home with "STATE BACKED HOME OWNERSHIP Loans and Payment Assistance!" This should anger anyone who lost a home and banks and states did nothing to help you like myself... These liberals are so bent on destroying the Citizens and bringing in these illegals who are CRIMINALS! Remember I was forced out of my home of 16 years and the entire home at the time was valued at $140K LESS than what they wanna give illegals now!

The legislation, if signed into law, would have made illegal immigrants eligible for up to $150,000 in state-backed home ownership loans or down-payment assistance. The shared appreciation loan program, called California Dream for All, is funded by the state and run by the California Housing Finance Agency. Both chambers of the Democrat-controlled California legislature passed the measure last week, but Newsom rejected it over funding concerns. “This bill seeks to prohibit the disqualification of applicants from one of California Housing Finance Agency’s (CalHFA) home purchase assistance programs based solely on their immigration status,” Newsom wrote in his veto message. “Given the finite funding available for CalHFA programs, expanding program eligibility must be carefully considered within the broader context of the annual state budget to ensure we manage our resources effectively.” LMAO "ensure we manage our resources effectively." That's a first! About time he did something to help the state I mean for crying out loud his state has become a joke under he and Nasty Pelosi living there and in office.

“For this reason, I am unable to sign this bill,” he concluded. Good move there and for that I will not call you NewScum for the rest of this post... Starting NOW! So this bill drew a wave of public pressure from conservative outlets and figures, like Fox News and Elon Musk. It also received push back from California senate Republicans, all nine of whom urged Newsom in a letter to veto the newly passed measure because it would, in part, enable the state’s home buyers assistance program to prioritize illegal immigrants over veterans and other US Citizens like myself. “Such good news! Governor Newsom listened to our calls and rightfully VETOED the bill to give illegal immigrants free home loans,” Republican senate minority leader Brian Jones said in a statement reacting to the veto. He denounced the bill as “insulting and unfair” for Californian citizens.

While state Republicans applauded Newsom for striking down the measure, which would have burdened the state budget, Democratic lawmakers were disappointed by the news. I say SCREW Them if they're disappointed... “I’m deeply disappointed that Governor Newsom today vetoed Assembly Bill 1840. The bill had won wide support in the Assembly and passed the Senate to get to his desk,” said Democratic state representative Joaquin Arambula, who introduced the bill. Shockingly Joaquin Arambula is from a Mexican family and he loves to peddle to illegals. His dad Juan is from Mexican parents while he was born in Texas himself. Juan the father left the Democrats and is now independant for years due to him not being in line with the agendas he saw from them years ago and saw how messed up the party was getting. His son is still stuck on stupid and has become nothing but a Radical idiotic Demoncrap.

“AB 1840 simply sought to clarify language in the existing California Dream for All program to make it clear that undocumented immigrants can apply,” he added. “The fact is, right now, anyone can apply who is a first-time homebuyer who can meet the program’s financial requirements that include securing a bank loan or mortgage. As I’ve said before, the bill is not about immigrant policies or the housing crisis. No single bill can solve those issues.” "undocumented immigrants" should NOT be here as they're ILLEGALS without Documents! Why would you give them a loan, housing, and all this crap if NOT to keep the border open and have more come here to get their free stuff? Hey keep flooding it right leftists? This is how you "Build Back Better" without the current US Citizens getting help and illegals getting it all handed on a platter. These leftists all need to be tarred + feathered and sent to prison.

Established in 2022 as part of the 2022-23 state budget, the California Dream for All program initially received $500 million in funding. The program used $300 million of the allocated funds when it rolled out last year; it blew through the $300 million in eleven days. Not chocking as these liberals blow through our tax money as much as Nancy Pelosi changes her diapers. The governor’s decision comes one day after former president Donald Trump said, if reelected, he would ban illegal immigrants from obtaining home mortgages because the record-high immigration influx is driving up housing costs. This makes more sense... “That’s why my plan will ban mortgages for illegal aliens,” Trump said Thursday, without elaborating on said plan. ONCE more the left needs TRUMP to show them the way... Just like MAMALA Harris and Joey Biden who are now saying "NO TAX ON TIPS" like Trump had been saying. The funny part is THEY added the Tax on Tip which now they threaten they won't remove unless Harris wins? lol

Jeff brother of Tim Walz pro Trump?

US election 2024 INFO: Our own Laura Loomer the well known Right-wing activist posted that Jeff Walz, the brother of Democratic Vice Presidential nominee Tim Walz, supports Republican Presidential pick Donald Trump, and yes this news has now gone viral. As we could expect the news of Jeff Walz, the brother of Kamala Harris’s running mate Tim Walz coming out as a supporter of Republican presidential Donald Trump the online speculation about the reclusive Walz brother’s political leanings took social media by storm.

After Laura Loomer posted a photograph, purportedly of a donation slip, which she claims shows that Jeff Walz donated to Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. While the authenticity of this photograph couldn't be verified, the post has since gone viral, sparking heated debate.

Loomer’s post on X (formerly Twitter) read, "Tim Walz @GovTimWalz and @KamalaHarris are such a bad Presidential ticket that Walz's own BROTHER is supporting Donald Trump instead."

Sharing “evidence”, she continued, "According to these FEC records, Jeff Walz, the brother of VP candidate Tim Walz, donated to President Trump's presidential campaign in 2016. Jeff Walz lives in Florida. Perhaps I will go interview and ask him about his support for Donald Trump." The controversy deepened as Loomer shared more alleged details about Jeff Walz’s political stance. She claimed that on March 30, 2023, the same day Trump was indicted for business fraud, Jeff Walz referred to the US under the Biden administration as a “third world banana republic” on his Facebook page.

Loomer wrote, “Jeff Walz, the brother of Democrat Vice Presidential candidate Tim Walz, donated to President Trump’s 2016 Presidential campaign and said ‘We’ve just become a third world banana republic’ on his Facebook page... Now she’s running for President with Jeff’s brother.” In the wake of Loomer's posts, Jeff Walz made statements on Facebook distancing himself from his brother's political ideologies. In a comment, he expressed his disapproval, saying, "The stories I could tell. Not the type of character you want making decisions about your future."

He also revealed a strained relationship with his brother, stating, "Haven't spoke to him in 8 years. I'm 100% opposed to all his ideology." Jeff Walz alleged that after Tim Walz was tapped as Kamala Harris’s running mate, his family was not informed or provided with any security. He also said he had "thought about" joining forces with Trump and publicly endorsing his re-election bid. Not much is known about Tim Walz’s brother Jeff, except that he was born in Nebraska and currently lives in Florida. The brothers have two other siblings: a sister named Sandy who lives in Alliance, Nebraska, and a brother named Craig who died in a camping accident in 2016

On the other hand, the person who put Jeff Walz in the spotlight is quite a notorious figure. A far-right internet personality and activist from Florida, Laura Loomer is known for her inflammatory rhetoric. She has previously described herself as a “proud Islamophobe,” a label that has resulted in bans from major social media platforms, though her X account was reinstated after Elon Musk took control of the platform. Loomer has a history of making incendiary comments, from calling Muslims “savages” to describing Islam as a “cancer.” She has also promoted conspiracy theories about various mass shootings. Amid these controversies, Loomer has remained a vocal supporter of Donald Trump, who has publicly praised her as “terrific” and “very special.”

In April 2023, The New York Times reported that Trump considered giving Loomer a role in his campaign, though this did not materialize. Nevertheless, she continues to be an outspoken figure within far-right circles and has attacked Kamala Harris, questioning whether she is “Black or Indian” in a racially charged critique.

Tarantino slips & drops a silent truth

Controversial ultra progressive liberal Filmmaker Quentin Tarantino believes Kamala Harris could “f*** s*** up” if she gives in to pressure to hold a news conference or agrees to a sit-down interview during the race for the presidency. During the 90's
I met Quentin while one night at the movies hanging out with one of my friends on my day off while I was walking into our movie just having bought some food items from the theater food court QT Passed by me and walked into the movie Curdled (1996) which had just come out to theaters.

He was the executive producer on that film and was at the AMC Mall of the Americas where I worked at the time to see it with a couple of his buddies from the Miami area who he was hanging out with we came to find out from him as we spoke for a bit. While
I was shocked to see him and talk to him and since we had been there as an employees even our day off we were not allowed to go and ask any celebrity who might show up for any autographs as company policy.

So once our movie was done we waited outside and we got to the doors of the outside of the mall and sure enough within a few minutes he walks out with two of his friends and we got to say hello to him.

His friends went to get a car as he waited with no security mind you just him we spoke for a minute and he was very nice even signed a note pad I had which I lost all these years later. But overall he was a nice dude back then and while not very chatty he had a good sense of humor and was a bit nerdy for sure.

His political views have I'm sure evolved since then and I said he's super progressive these days and it's well interesting to hear him say outloud these facts about Kamala Harris, the Democratic presidential nominee who has been criticized for avoiding the media since being named as the Democratic Party’s new presidential candidate.

The director talked politics with Bill Maher during a recent episode of his “Club Random” podcast. And well this is how that went folks as the host pointed out that MAMALA Harris would never talk to him, to which Tarantino replied that there was “no reason” for the Democratic nominee to "appear on Maher’s show before the election." Maher shot back, saying he "represents the middle-ground voters who Harris should be targeting because the far-Left Democrats are already voting for her."

Tarantino said this isn’t a “normal election cycle” where “you have a year to set your case” he also said, “I think they’re just all about winning the f***ing election, all right, and the easiest path to winning the election. Look, you can talk about maybe she should have had more guts about this or that and the other but we’re the f***ing president. And Trump’s not the president, and we’re the f***ing president, and now it’s gonna be about this.”

“This is about f***ing winning,” Tarantino says again. “What most people don’t give the Democrats enough credit for, but we give the Republicans credit for, is like no, sometimes it’s just about f***ing winning. And it doesn’t matter how we look at this moment.”

“It’s a mad f***ing dash and she is running, and she’s not stopping to stumble. … I’m gonna vote for her f***ing anyway, no matter what she says in a stupid f***ng interview, so don’t f*** s*** up,” Tarantino added. The interview clip started circulating on X, with many users reposting and wondering why Harris’s supporters are so terrified of her going off script or taking questions, even from journalists on her side.

“Quentin Tarantino joins the list of Democrats saying Kamala shouldn’t take questions because it could hurt her chances of winning which raises the question, how incompetent or extreme do they think she is that answering questions could make her lose?” Outkick writer Ian Miller wondered. Well so do we.

But the bottom line is what he said is pure Communism... They want to keep power no matter what and will vote Blue no matter what even at the expense of our country and us suffering. He's loaded with cash so to him it doesn't matter it's always us poor people who suffer.

He knows it, Bill Maher knows it and so does every single leftist who reads this and everyone who votes in this idiotic manner. You are what's wrong with this world. The point of the MATRIX WAS The BLUE PILL Keeps you in the Matrix plantation. The Red wakes you up to the reality of life... Said that anyone would chose to stay blue pilled in the Matrix.

RFK Jr. dropping out will it help Trump?

OK So rumor has it that following a controversy filled campaign that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has ran and his poll numbers compared to Trump are reportedly planning to suspend their presidential bid. He is considering endorsing former President Donald Trump and reportedly hopeful that he might secure the position of Trump’s health secretary if he wins. Kennedy was an environmental lawyer known for his work cleaning up the Hudson River with a storied last name who in recent years has become known for spreading conspiracy theories about medicine, including vaccines and anti-depressants. He used the popularity he gained as an anti-vaxxer during the pandemic to briefly challenge President Joe Biden in the Democratic primary before announcing an independent bid for president in October 2023.

He had been seen as a potential spoiler for both candidates, given his connection to the Democratic Kennedy dynasty as well as his embrace of the anti-establishment and anti-vaccine views held by certain segments of the GOP. He was polling around 10 percent nationally for the better part of 2024, and even higher in some swing state polls. But he struggled to get on the ballot in many states, though his campaign maintains that he has secured enough signatures to do so in all but Kentucky, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Wyoming. And after Vice President Kamala Harris became the Democratic nominee, he seemed to hold less sway among voters who were turned off by Biden. His poll numbers consequently cratered to under 5 percent.

Despite Kennedy’s flagging national numbers, polling suggests his exit from the race could still help Trump, with whom he’s become decidedly more cozy in recent months. Trump wouldn’t have to win a lot of Kennedy’s potential voters to make a difference in key swing states; if the race is as close as it was in 2020, Trump gaining even a fraction of a percent from Kennedy could make the difference. Trump probably has the most to gain from Kennedy dropping out. Kennedy has increasingly endeared himself to Republican voters while struggling to get the same support among Democrats and independents. And polls conducted in recent months, including since Biden dropped out of the race, suggest that Trump would pick up more of Kennedy’s supporters.

Any margin would likely be small but potentially significant and his endorsement of the GOP leader Donald Trump could be the tide turning moment in this election. The Republicans tend to see Kennedy more favorably than Democrats, and those with favorable views toward him tend to have more favorable opinions of Trump than of Harris, according to a July AP-NORC poll conducted before Biden dropped out. Several national polls conducted since Harris became the presumptive nominee have also tested a race between Harris, Trump, and Kennedy, as well as a two-way race between Harris and Trump. Trump tends to get a bigger bump than Harris when Kennedy is excluded.

In an August Reuters/Ipsos poll of registered voters, for instance, Harris received 42 percent support, Trump 37 percent, and Kennedy 4 percent, while 15 percent supported another candidate, weren’t sure who they would support, or weren’t sure if they would vote at all. But when voters were pushed to select either Trump or Harris, 49 percent backed Harris and 47 percent Trump a 10 percentage point boost for Trump.

Trump had a similar edge with Kennedy voters in a July Harvard CAPS/Harris Poll. In a three-way contest, Harris earned 44 percent support, Trump 47 percent, and Kennedy 10 percent. In a head-to-head poll, Harris earned 48 percent and Trump 52 percent. It may seem like the advantage Trump gains when Kennedy is out of the picture is relatively small. But Biden won in 2020 by exceedingly narrow margins in six key battleground states; in Arizona, it was by less than 11,000 votes. On the margin, Kennedy’s supporters could make a difference, depending on where they’re distributed. In Arizona, for example, Kennedy is still polling at about 6 percent, according to The Hill’s polling average.

Of course, he might not actually win that large a vote share if he decides to stay in the race; third-party candidates tend to poll much better than they actually perform on Election Day, when their supporters are confronted with the reality that their preferred candidate won’t win. But that vote share would have been more than enough to have swung the 2020 results in the other direction.

The same is true in other swing states, where polling suggests a very tight race. An early August New York Times/Siena survey of registered voters in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin found Harris leading Trump 46 percent to 43 percent when respondents were given all third-party candidates to choose from. When asked to pick between just Harris and Trump, the gap tightened to 48 and 46 percent, respectively. Those states are likely to be key, given their high electoral college vote count and in most scenarios, Harris would need all three to win. Harris’s entry into the race likely limits the impact of Kennedy’s exit While RFK Jr.s supporters may still be able to make an important impact on the margins, their power to drag the Democratic nominee’s polling down seems to have diminished substantially.

Before Harris became the nominee, there was a much larger than usual number of disaffected voters who didn’t like either Biden or Trump and just wanted someone anyone as an alternative. A theoretical no-name candidate as an alternative to Biden and Trump got about 10 percent in Ipsos polling conducted earlier this year.

Kennedy provided an alternative for a while. But when Harris stepped into the POTUS 2024 picture, that undermined his appeal at least among Democrats. “There were some wavering Democratic voters who just thought Biden was too old, or they didn’t like him, and Harris is just a more appealing candidate for those kinds of people,” said Kyle Kondik, managing editor of Sabato’s Crystal Ball at the University of Virginia Center for Politics.

Kondik said it’s possible that Biden may have ended up winning back those voters anyway if he had stayed in the race and had a typical post-Democratic National Convention bumpBut at this point, Kondik said, he would not be surprised if the third-party vote share in the election ends up being about 2 percent of the electorate, as it was in 2012 and 2020.

Before Harris became the nominee, political analysts were projecting that it would be closer to the nearly 6 percent share third parties got in 2016, which some analysts argued doomed Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton’s candidacy. “For all the talk about third parties in this election, a combination of the most prominent third-party candidate dropping out, in addition to the increased favor-ability of the two major party nominees, means that there’s just going to be less of a market for third party candidates,” he said.

Kennedy could make more of an impact as a surrogate for Trump. He could help the former president with certain demographics, such as young men who listen to prominent personalities such as Joe Rogan, who has praised KennedyBut the Trump campaign might also be wary of attaching itself to Kennedy’s brand: If the brain worm and the bear incident weren’t enough, he has been disavowed by members of his own famous family and now peddles conspiracy theories not just about the Covid-19 vaccine, but his father’s killer5G cell phone transmissionfraud in the 2004 election, and more. “The Democratic refrain against Trump and his running mate JD Vance is that they’re ‘weird,’” Kondik said. “Kennedy doesn’t make them less weird.” This from a person who supports boys bathrooms with Tampons, Abortions until 9 months, Drag Queen reading hour with Elementary kids...

Weird? Because they're loving husband, fathers, and want to make this country the best it can be. Weird because Trump, Vance, and RFK Jr love our country and want to help our Citizens and not illegal criminals.

Yeah we should be as weird as Trump, Vance, RFK Jr... We need more weird people like that and like Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Barrack & Mike Obama, Bill & The She devil known as Hillary Clinton. Oh and rest of the liberal tards in Congress, Senate and voting class.

Tim Walz’s 1995 DUI Arrest INFO!

OK so we all slip up and make mistakes in life and as a 46 year old I've made some bad ones in my youth myself but at some point you have to become self aware and know you're being stupid. Looks like old man Tim Walz is having some skeletons revealed as early on in his career as a teacher it was almost derailed when in 1995 he was arrested for driving drunk in Nebraska. Now at the time Timmy boy here was a man of 31-year-old.

Not some young kid who did something stupid but a grown man and a school teacher and a football coach at that so he has to be responsible for not just himself but your kids who went to school and he was teaching his radical leftist Marxist agendas too. Now Timmy here had been drinking and watching college football with friends on a Saturday night in September and how many of us have not done that before? This was the night however he decided you know what's a good idea? Well I'm going to try to drive home piss DRUNK!

Bright IDEA For sure but sadly not one that the local police found very bright as they signaled for him to pull over, but clearly Timmy was having none of this so what did he do you ask? Did he pull over as the officer asked?

Did he say "No it's a cardigan but thanks your asking!" Nope! Walz sped up like a rebel without a clue or at least a fleet of other Rebels from a Galaxy Far, Far away this man took his car and sped up driving faster than DOC Brown needed to time travel! Yes friends he went on to drive a whooper (Not Burger King type neither!) 95 miles per hour before he finally stopped.

His first thought probably was "I've gone ludicrous Speed!" And as his eventual blood alcohol level was .128 above the legal limit. Months later, he pleaded guilty to reckless driving, a misdemeanor, lost his license for 90 days, and paid a fine. Now in my 46 years I've never had a DUI so I can't speak on how this would even enter someones mind. But hey stupid people do stupid things right?

Tim claims he quit drinking and resigned from coaching at the Alliance High School. To his credit he offered to resign from teaching altogether, but the principal talked him out of it and don't know why cause that's all you need someone who makes poor decisions in life teaching our youth. But yes A year later, Tim and Gwen Walz moved to Minnesota in search of a fresh start, where Walz taught high school and coached football again at Mankato West High School for 20 years.

In a 2018 interview with the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Walz described his arrest as a “gut check moment,” when he recommitted to being a role model to his students. And now he wants to put tampons in boys bathrooms... This man is not well. Until just recently the Trump campaign didn’t seem particularly eager to make an issue of the arrest against Vice President Kamala Harris’ new running mate, perhaps noting that Walz past opponents had tried, and failed, to get voters to care about an old DUI.

But attacks on Walz service record haven’t seemed to be landing (the Wall Street Journal called them “thin gruel”) and then a new story appeared on Communist Nazi News or CNN as the majority of the lib's know them as said on Thursday that Walz campaign lied when questioned about the DUI in 2006. A Moment of clear truth from them which is amazing but who cares even if Trump doesn't use it against him we the people will because this further shows what a liar, and corrupt idiot this man has always been.

It seems that back in 2006 when Tim Walz first ran for Congress, his campaign manager told the fake news all about that DUI charge against Walz and said it had been dropped and he was offered a plea to the lesser offense, reckless driving, because he had not been drinking at all. Walz, his then campaign manager claimed, had suffered hearing loss during his time in the Army National Guard and had repeatedly failed to understand the police officer’s instructions, first when he signaled him to pull over and then during the sobriety test.

He went on to claim that Walz had been allowed to drive his car from the scene of the arrest to the police station, something the police would not have allowed had Walz actually been drinking. These lies are so dumb and easy to disprove that they should know better than to have a campaign staffer offer a handout story to his future enemies like this one but with all that said as I always say "Tards all over the world." So even so, headed into next week’s Democratic National Convention, it's hard to think the American public will care much? Well let's make sure this spreads as we all know how they would have used this on JD Vance if this was a part of his past and you know how they wanted that mugshot of TRUMP out so bad to smear him.

So a good turn deserves another they say? There is another reason that Walz past mistakes might make for a weak attack since it is a Misdemeanor arrests after all it's not like he joined the MANSON party and killed someone or did anything like that. But if this was a TRUMP case the left again would be losing their minds mocking him all over their Fake News. By the best estimate is that 13 million people who are charged with misdemeanors each year.

And the fact that this old DUI comes up every time Walz pursues a new professional opportunity highlights a problem faced by many Americans: Once a person has a misdemeanor conviction, the collateral consequences can last for life. Especially when it puts others lives in danger like a DUI.

Though they may be common, misdemeanors are deeply stigmatizing: 86 percent of employers use criminal background checks in their hiring process. Often, employers don’t care about the details of an incident the mere existence of the conviction is enough to make an employer choose a different candidate. People charged with misdemeanors are often poor, and prosecution makes them poorer.

Court comes with fines and fees, which can lead to a cycle of debt, making it impossible for people to get off of probation. For “lucky” defendants, cases are closed and debts are sold to collection agencies, who hound defendants and ruin their credit scores.

Municipalities often have a financial stake in prosecuting low-level crime, because they need the money that is collected from these prosecutions to fund their courts or police departments. That was what the DOJ discovered when it looked under the hood of the criminal justice system in Ferguson, Missouri, in 2015, after a police officer killed Michael Brown.

The investigation revealed a deeply corrupted system that intentionally penalized poor people of color, in order to generate revenue. Offenses (like DUI) can be dangerous to the public or (as in the case of theft) can diminish quality of life for the people who are affected. But who police choose to arrest and how they are treated once they enter the system is critical to whether those people go on to lead productive lives like Walz nearing the pinnacle of American government or trapped in the current system. Specifically, leniency helps.

Being arrested and prosecuted makes it more likely that a person will be arrested and prosecuted again. Contrarily, studies show that effective diversion actually makes people less likely to re offend. Treating people with compassion and grace actually makes us safer. The majority of people who are arrested for misdemeanors should be offered means-tested, pretrial diversion programs that do not compel defendants to plead guilty, so that they can exit the criminal justice system without a criminal conviction and without debt. Once the charges are dropped, evidence of these arrests should be automatically sealed from public view, at no cost to the defendant.

What’s important to remember from this story is that Timmy Walz and his little misdemeanor conviction could easily have cost him his teaching career in 1996 and that would have been a real loss for nobody as he was a moron then and is a moron now. “You have obligations to people,” Gwen Walz recalled telling her husband when she was interviewed about his arrest in 2018 by the Minneapolis Star Tribune. “You can’t make dumb choices.”

That has never been more true than in this moment. And for the rest of us, I hope Tim Walz can be a reminder that treating people with grace and dignity and not dismissing them for the worst thing they have ever done actually benefits everyone. Like putting tampons in boys BATHROOMS! Let that sync in.

BIG WIN For Trump in Georgia Case

Watch this video on the top here it's on now! But this is a good day for Trump as Fulton County judge just tossed out several counts brought against former President my favorite and yours the one and only Mr. Donald J Trump and five others in the case involving an alleged attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia. Like asking for a re count means you're trying to "over turn the election" when we saw video of how people stayed late night and after the staff left a few ladies (use that term loosely.) decided to make it known that they would be adding to the count bags full of votes hidden under tables. Now back to the current the order from Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee that states that six of the counts in the 41-count indictment returned by a Fulton County grand jury in August must be quashed.

So of those six counts, Trump was charged with three of them. Now joining Trump in the challenge to the six counts were former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, lawyers John Eastman, Rudy Giuliani, Ray Stallings Smith and Robert Cheeley. All had already plead not guilty to the charges. Steve Sadow, Trump's lawyer, said the court's decision to "quash" the counts is the correct one. "The ruling is a correct application of the law, as the prosecution failed to make specific allegations of any alleged wrongdoing on those counts," he said in a statement. "The entire prosecution of President Trump is political, constitutes election interference, and should be dismissed."

Eastman's attorney, Buddy Parker, said in a statement that "the court stated clearly the state failed to provide what exactly in the U.S. and Georgia constitutions the defendants solicited the public figures to violate, a clear error. We await the state's position on its intention in moving forward on the remaining charges." Allyn Stockton, Giuliani's local lawyer, said the quashing of the six counts was expected, as "there simply was not enough detail to put the defendants on notice of what to defend against."

The six counts relate to various alleged attempts to solicit state officials to violate their oaths of office, both to the Georgia Constitution and the U.S. Constitution. The judge wrote that the state failed to specify what those violations were, saying the allegations were "so generic as to compel this Court" to quash the six charges. "The court's concern is less that the state has failed to allege sufficient conduct of the defendants in fact it has alleged an abundance. But, the lack of detail concerning an essential legal element is, in the undersigned's opinion, fatal," wrote McAfee.

The Judge also stated that though the six counts as written contain "all the essential elements of the crimes," they "fail to allege sufficient detail regarding the nature of their commission, i.e. the underlying felony solicited." Additionally, they don't give the defendants enough information to prepare their defenses "intelligently," McAfee wrote, as they could have violated the Georgia and U.S. Constitutions "and thus the statute in dozens, if not hundreds, of distinct ways."

Judge McAfee made it clear that his finding does not mean the entire indictment against Trump and the 14 other co-defendants is dismissed. Instead, he said that Georgia prosecutors can seek a new indictment supplementing the six counts. Trump was charged with 13 counts in the sprawling racketeering case brought by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis in August. He has pleaded not guilty. Eighteen others were charged alongside the former president for their roles in an alleged scheme to reverse the results of Georgia's election, but four have since accepted plea deals. But none of those means much to the overall thing because they didn't make any connection to Trump in the plea deals.

Judge McAfee's order comes while he is weighing a separate request from Trump and eight of his co-defendants to disqualify Willis and her office from prosecuting the case because of an alleged improper relationship between Willis and her money spending sugar daddy Nathan Wade, you know the guy who got OVER PAID and took her on expensive trips and than both lied under oath about the relationship, and he was one of the "special" prosecutors working with the district attorney's office.

Wade was hired to work on the that Fani but also to make some $$$ and so she put him on the case involving Trump in November 2021. Michael Roman, alleged in a bombshell filing in January that the relationship with Willis began before Wade's appointment. Roman claimed that the district attorney financially benefited from the relationship, saying Wade paid for numerous getaways using income he received for his work with the district attorney's office. He was waxing on and off on that Fani! Now "Whatchutalking About" Fani Willis and Wade acknowledged in a court filing last month that they were in a romantic relationship, but said it began in early 2022 months after Wade's hiring and ended last summer.

Still, the bid to disqualify Willis and the Fulton County District Attorney's Office from the case set off a series of fiery proceedings before McAfee last month. Willis and Wade separately took the stand to answer questions about their personal lives and financial dealings. They said they split expenses related to their trips and refuted claims of wrongdoing. McAfee is set to rule this week on whether to remove Willis and her office from the case. This Trump prosecution in Fulton County is one of four he is facing in federal and state courts. A trial is set to begin this month in New York City stemming from allegations he falsified business records in connection with a "hush money" payment to suppress damaging information about him before the 2016 presidential election. This is another case of rigging elections as not long ago Trump was even awarded money from Stormy Daniels to pay him for damages, and attorny fees. This is another radical lib trying to rig the election.

He has also been charged in a pair of federal cases brought by special counsel Jack Smith in Wasington, D.C., and South Florida. The D.C. case involves alleged efforts to subvert the transfer of presidential power after the 2020 election, something which clearly DID NOT HAPPEN! But another hit job by these leftists who think saying "PEACEFULLY AND PATRIOTICALLY Make your voices heard!!" is somehow a call to violence. Mind you these people have Kamila Harris as VP who endorsed that BLM/Antifa burned down buildings and rioted during protests in the "Summer of love 2020" but the facts don't matter only the lib narrative. Oh and Jack also has the Florida case involving the alleged mishandling of sensitive government documents after leaving the White House. While he has as President the right to do so and if he's brought up on charges why not all previous Presidents? Or Hillary Clinton? She had NO RIGHTS to have documents and she not just had them she destroyed evidance and lied under oath. So nothing on them but TRUMP? CHARGES! Gee you think this hit JOB is about the 2024 election yet?

Trump has pleaded not guilty to all charges, and is seeking to delay any trials in the cases until after the November presidential election. He is set to face off against President Biden in a 2020 rematch. This time it's going to be much harder for them to repeat a lot of the rigging from 2020 because "all eyes" are on the election. So all these fake hit jobs are to try and stop him from running because they know the people want him back in office. So remember come November to Vote for the man who has given his all to help us drain the swamp.

Nikki Haley Loses BIG Financial Backing

So The Koch family who are billionaires and have a libertarian policy advocacy group “Americans for Prosperity Action” has said that it is pulling back its financial backing of GOP presidential candidate Nikki Haley. Following the former South Carolina governor’s performance in her home state’s primary on Saturday, in which she trailed former President Donald Trump, the Republican frontrunner, by about 20 percent of the vote, Americans For Prosperity (AFP) CEO Emily Seidel said on Sunday that the group’s policy arm had decided it was time to “take stock” of its campaign spending. President Trump received 47 of South Carolina’s delegates, while Ms. Haley got three.

In a memo to staff (pdf), Ms. Seidel said that while AFP Action “stands firm” behind their endorsement for Nikki Haley, it’s time to “take stock of where we are and—as we always do—make sure we’re optimizing our resources for maximum impact towards our goals.” She said the group would now turn its attention to competitive Senate and House races “where we can make the difference,” in a tacit acknowledgement of President Trump’s commanding support among a majority of voters in the primary.

President Trump’s performance on Feb. 24 broke records for the most votes of any presidential candidate for any party in a South Carolina presidential primary. Ms. Seidel added, “given the challenges in the primary states ahead, we don’t believe any outside group can make a material difference to widen her path to victory.” She praised Ms. Haley as a “special leader with conviction, resolve, and steel in her spine to jump into a tough race with a narrow path,” and wished her well, saying that the PAC would continue to “wholeheartedly support” her efforts in her run for president.

“Americans deserve a choice for president who brings out the best in our country and who can deliver bold solutions to big challenges,” the memo read. AFP last week was criticized by Vivek Ramaswamy, a former GOP candidate who has since pulled out of the race citing clear support for former President Trump in the early GOP primaries, who questioned why AFP Action was backing Ms. Haley and opposing President Trump.

He lauded Chris Maidment, one such staffer who was fired from by AFP over comments he made in response to the Haley endorsement. “Nikki Haley is totally sideways on [AFP]’s foreign policy stance. She’s anti-free speech,” Mr. Maidment wrote on X on Dec. 1, 2023, in a thread distancing himself from the endorsement. “I’m not giving up this fight when a majority of Americans disapprove of Donald Trump and Joe Biden,” Ms. Haley said in downtown Charleston after the race was called for President Trump. Ms. Haley trails the former president by 61 percentage points in national polling. Her campaign, has in large part, been fueled with cash from anti-Trump billionaires, according to federal disclosures.

Ron DeSantis Ends Campaign for President

Florida governor Ron DeSantis who appeared at one point to be Donald Trump’s biggest GOP challengers, ran what most are calling a useless costly, turbulent campaign that failed to catch on with Republican voters. So it's our pleasure to say here on 100% pro Trump "Pure Solid News" that Ron DeSantis of Florida suspended his campaign for president on Sunday and endorsed former President Donald J. Trump, marking a spectacular implosion for a candidate once seen as having the best chance to dethrone Mr. Trump as the Republican Party’s nominee in 2024.

His departure from the race just two days before the New Hampshire primary election leaves Nikki Haley, the former governor of South Carolina, as Mr. Trump’s last rival standing. Trump celebrates DeSantis’ decision to drop out, ending a bitter feud that defined the 2024 campaign. Donald Trump set aside months of criticism and mockery of Ron DeSantis on Sunday night, celebrating his onetime Republican rival as his newest supporter after the Florida governor ended his presidential campaign and endorsed the former president.

For Trump, it’s become a familiar ritual to welcome the backing of someone who once tried to take him on. Nonetheless, it was notable at Sunday’s rally in New Hampshire to see Trump praise DeSantis without calling him “DeSantimonious” or “DeSanctus,” putting an end to perhaps the most bitter rivalry of Republicans’ 2024 campaign. “I just want to thank Ron and congratulate him on doing a very good job,” Trump said at the outset of his remarks. “He was very gracious, and he endorsed me. I appreciate that, and I also look forward to working with Ron.” Trump described DeSantis as “a really terrific person.”

Earlier in the day, DeSantis said via video that he would be ending his campaign two days before New Hampshire’s first-in-the-nation GOP primary. But, Trump’s glee Sunday night aside, it wasn’t the warmest of endorsements. “It’s clear to me that a majority of Republican primary voters want to give Donald Trump another chance,” DeSantis said, offering matter-of-fact analysis through a forced smile without adding plaudits for Trump.

“I signed a pledge to support the Republican nominee, and I will honor that pledge,” he continued, before adding a dig at the remaining contender, Nikki Haley. DeSantis described the former U.N. ambassador and onetime South Carolina governor as a stand-in for “the old Republican guard of yesteryear, a repackaged form of warmed-over corporatism.” Trump seemed unbothered by DeSantis’ approach, striking a tone of camaraderie as fellow political combatants. “I will tell you it’s not easy,” Trump said Sunday night in Rochester. “They think it’s easy doing this stuff, right? It’s not easy.” Brenda Moneypenny, (Yes like in the 007 movies!) a 64-year-old from Alton, waited in the cold for two hours to see Trump on Sunday night. Miss Moneypenny pulled out her driver’s license to prove her last name cause well yeah it's like the 007 movies! She explained she's a registered independent who often votes Republican.

Miss Moneypenny said she has considered Haley because of the chance to elect the first woman to the presidency. But she never considered DeSantis. “Too flim-flamsy,” Moneypenny said of DeSantis. “He needs better campaign people. He doesn’t have anybody that’s doing him any favors right now.” Ultimately, she settled on Trump: “Tried and true,” she said. The former president seemed to revel in skewering DeSantis throughout the campaign, often making clear it was a personal grudge because he considered the governor’s decision to run in the first place an act of disloyalty. Trump endorsed DeSantis, then a congressman, in a competitive 2018 GOP primary for Florida governor. DeSantis went on to win the nomination and the general election. By the time DeSantis won a landslide reelection four years later, though, he was positioning himself for his own White House campaign.

In November when Trump came to Florida and addressed a boisterous crowd at a state GOP meeting standing in front of a sign that read: “Florida is Trump Country.” That evening, Trump did not mention DeSantis until more than 30 minutes into his speech. Even then, it was to brag about polls showing his advantages over the governor. “I endorsed him, and he became a rocket ship in 24 hours,” Trump said, claiming that DeSantis had begged for his endorsement. “Now he’s like a wounded falling bird from the sky.” Trump never did debate DeSantis or any other 2024 rival. He has said he wouldn’t until one proves they are a legitimate threat to him winning the nomination. DeSantis concentrated his campaign in recent months in Iowa, where he finished in second place in last week’s caucuses 30 percentage points behind Trump and barely ahead of Haley. Haley, meanwhile, has long prioritized New Hampshire as a potential springboard ahead of her home-state South Carolina primary next month.

In Iowa, APVoteCast surveys of caucusgoers suggested DeSantis’s supporters were much more likely than Haley’s to consider themselves conservatives who would back Trump no matter what if he wins the nomination and faces President Joe Biden in November. If that trend holds in New Hampshire, then Trump could expect at least some boost from DeSantis dropping out, and whatever he gets could stretch out his margin and frustrate Haley’s ability to claim any momentum. Indeed, Trump’s aides have said they expect DeSantis’ support around the country will shift heavily to Trump, who noted Sunday that he won New Hampshire’s 2016 primary by about 20 points. He lost the battleground state twice in general elections.
